By accessing our website (lynxhub.app), utilizing our developer portal, or downloading the LynxHub desktop AI client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site, software, and services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Description of Services

LynxHub provides an open-source, modular, and cross-platform desktop application environment designed for managing generative artificial intelligence (AI) workflows locally. We also operate a centralized web portal (the "Portal") to manage user profiles, download official software builds, and facilitate community plugins and integrations.

3. Licenses & Intellectual Property

The source code for LynxHub is primarily made available under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0). However, the pre-built application installers, assets, and binaries distributed via our website and platform are subject to these Terms of Service.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the pre-built binaries for your personal or internal business operations. Redistributing pre-built binaries or using automated scripts to scrap, clone, or mirror our download infrastructure without authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Patreon Sponsorships & Entitlements

Users may support the development of LynxHub through Patreon. In return for sponsorships, we grant specific entitlements (e.g., access to Early Access, Insider nightly builds, developer perks, and Discord roles).

5. Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing LynxHub services, you agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to bypass security features, rate limits, or access controls on download links.
• Interfere with or damage the operation of our servers, database systems, or API endpoints.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or spam to public plugin repositories or user profiles.
• Share, lease, or sell your synced accounts or active session details to third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability
